Amazingly Easy Chocolate and Caramel Fudge

If you need a chocolate caramel fudge recipe then this is for you.
Its simple, minimal cooking required and it looks and tastes like it takes much more effort than it does
This gives a very silky smooth fudge and I have to say that I am not a fudge person and I love this stuff

Its a great and easy recipe which requires two ingredients and is definitely a 'cheat' recipe for chocolate caramel fudge
Got to say, cheat or not its bloomin tasty and if its tasty then I don't care how simple it seems






Here's what ya need

1 can of carnation caramel-I know its cheating but I don't care, this stuff tastes way too dam good to care

600g chocolate-I use milk as prefer it to dark choc and I buy lindt as its freakin delicious

And that's it

Pre line a 20cm tin with greaseproof paper or a tin liner

Get out a large saucepan and get ready to work

1.Pour the tin of caramel into the pan and place on low heat

2.Stir to make sure it warms evenly and you will see it soften

3.Pop your broken chocolate into the pan a bar at a time and keep stirring-the heated caramel will melt the chocolate and it wont burn it due to it not really touching the bottom of the pan

4.When you get to the 4th bar you will see the colour has completely changed and it will be quite dark. You will also find its getting a bit harder to stir but keep going, you have the muscles to get through this

5.After the last bar has been put in the pan stir continuously to make sure no pieces of chocolate are left un-melted-now your muscles will be tested but very shortly you can have a yummy fudgy reward

6.Turn off the heat and get that yummy looking goo in your prepared tin

7.Set aside for half an hour then put in the fridge for 2 hours before removing and cutting into squares-you can also use cutters but this does leave a lot of wastage, if you want to use cutters I suggest leaving it in the fridge overnight


And there ya go, super easy and rather tasty chocolate caramel fudge
