Must buy baking items

So, here is where I will constantly update you on my 'to buy' list.

Its extensive and luckily places like amazon stock items for a freakin life time so its easy for me to become poor....but over time and therefore totally acceptable

 

 

I'm obsessed with silicone moulds

I have a problem and I am not ashamed to share it

 

My newest silicon mould obsession are lace icing moulds. I had a fantastical time earlier this year learning how to use silicon moulds with fondant icing to make cake decorations and thought that this would be great fun
This one from amazon is now in my basket along with the lace icing mix.

What's great is the mini video tutorial they have for you to watch so that when it arrives you don't think 'well, what the hell do I do with this stuff'.

 

 

That specific mould sold by Sweetly Does It is 11.95 at the moment which isn't bad considering it lasts a lifetime and the cake lace tub is by Claire Bowman at 11.21 with free postage.
